PROCESS:

Airbrushed designs are individually painted with environmentally friendly water-based, non-toxic paint.

QUALITY:

The airbrush process uses a high-pressure air flow to blast permanent paint into the fabric, essentially "dying" it. The design is then heat set to fix the paint to the fabric, which makes if fully washable. Airbrushing leaves the fabric soft and pliable, without a heavy ink layer that can crack or peel.

CARE:

It is recommended that all garments (printed or not) be turned inside out before washing so the wear and tear caused by the washer and dryer affects the inside of the garment rather than the outside.

TO WASH:

• Turn inside out
• Machine wash in cool water
• Use no bleach
• Machine or hang dry
• Iron if desired

PRE-PRINTED DESIGNS - Quality and Care

PROCESS:

Pre-printed Designs are created by printing textile inks onto a carrier sheet, then reprinting the inks onto the fabric at high heat, causing the inks to permanently cure into the fabric.

QUALITY:

Produced by world-leader print manufacturers committed to quality products, all of our pre-printed designs use inks formulated specifically for fabric and are designed to stand up to years of washing and wear.

CARE:

It is recommended that all garments be turned inside out before washing so the wear and tear caused by the washer and dryer affects the inside of the garment rather than the outside.

CAD PRINT DESIGNS - Quality and Care

PROCESS:

CAD Print designs are made from a dry film applied with heat to adhere the film permanently to the fabric, resulting in an extremely durable and crisp print.

QUALITY:

CAD Print has been used in athletic and corporate printing for generations. The films are designed specifically for fabric and washing, are very durable, and resist fading and cracking.

CARE:
